Each step I take IN THEIR PATH! continues as praise for all of the amazing children who walked to freedom with their families. We will never know all of their names. We all bask in this great American legacy of courage, creativity and strength. I will continue to spread the story of the amazing American slave families and conductor families, on the Underground Railroad, urging young African Americans to come to their history with a passionate pride in and gratitude for their ancestors strength and their role in building the power and strength of America.
